What our tow trucks can handle
We run a flatbed setup designed for non-runners. That means we do not need the car to roll, steer, or have brakes. We do not need the keys (though they help). We pick up cars with all four wheels missing, cars with the transmission locked in park, cars buried in a backyard up to the rocker panels, and cars under a carport with eight feet of clearance. If we cannot get the truck to the car physically, we tell you on the phone before we drive out.

Common questions we hear from Austin customers.
Is the towing really free or do you take it out of the offer later?
Really free. The cash amount we quote you on the phone is the cash amount you receive at pickup. The tow is included in the offer, not deducted afterward. Watch out for buyers who quote one number on the phone and a smaller number on the truck — that is the tow being silently deducted.
Do I have to be home when you tow the car?
No. If you can leave the title in the glovebox and the key somewhere we can find it (mailbox, under the doormat, gate code), we can complete the pickup. We send a Venmo or Zelle for the cash before the truck leaves. We document the entire pickup with photos.
How fast can you tow it away?
Same day for Austin proper, usually within 2–4 hours. For surrounding cities (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Kyle, Buda, etc.) same day is standard if you call before noon. Far-out cities like Wimberley or Jarrell may be next day.
What if my car is in a parking garage or apartment complex?
No problem — we do these regularly. We coordinate with the property management for gate access, height clearance, and timing. Most flatbeds need about 13 feet of clearance; we have a low-clearance truck for parking garages.
Will the tow truck damage my driveway or grass?
Our drivers know what they are doing. On grass we use plywood or boards under the truck wheels to spread the load. On stamped or fragile concrete, we approach carefully. We have not damaged a driveway in over a decade of doing this. If you are nervous, mention it on the phone and we will plan accordingly.
Do you tow motorcycles or only cars?
Motorcycles, ATVs, work vehicles, and box trucks. The flatbed handles everything passenger-sized. For larger commercial vehicles (semi cabs, dump trucks), call for a custom quote.
